All the benefits of deep tissue massage with ZERO effort!

This is a 1 on 1 HANDS-ON session with one of our Move Lab Specialists. Your session will involve a brief Mobility Screen, followed by Manual Therapy (i.e. cupping, scraping, assisted-stretching, soft tissue massage, etc).

Compression boots are often used by individuals before and after training or competition, as well as for recovery from injury.

Compression therapy helps to improve the removal of waste products such as lactic acid, which can build up in the muscles during intense physical activity and cause fatigue and discomfort. Additionally, compression also acts as a form of “massage” helping to alleviate muscle tension in the legs.
